Fundraising 2009

The The Association of African American Cultural Gardens will hold many fundraisers in 2009. Our Black History Month "Kick Off" "Bake Sale Fundraiser" was a success with the African Drummers ensemble, "Oneness Inspirational Music" providing entertainment. Volunteers dressed in African attire and donations were plentiful.

The AAACG is a nonprofit organization made up of dedicated volunteers from the Cleveland area. Their purpose is to raise the funds necessary for developing the allocated 4 acres of garden space along Martin Luther King Boulevard's chain of cultural garens, for public education and inspiration, and to be a source for its endowment.

Donations with a description, contact person and phone number are welcome for future Bake Sales, Fish & Chicken Dinner sales and African Market Place Items.
